Job Responsibilities
1、Proficient in switching power supply circuits and mainstream topologies, including LLC, phase‑shift full bridge, Buck, Boost, etc.
2、Expert in magnetic component selection and design, thermal design, and EMC design for power supplies.
3、Experienced in the full R&D process of medium and high‑power power supply products (200W~2000W+).
4、Familiar with circuit simulation software and PCB design tools; familiar with the application of new power devices such as GaN and SiC.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related majors. Exceptional candidates with a college degree are also acceptable. Possess more than 10 years of experience in the power supply industry, including no less than 5 years of R&D team management experience.
2、Have full‑cycle R&D experience in medium and high‑power adapters, smart chargers, POE power supplies and industrial power supplies, with proficient knowledge of the entire process from demand analysis to mass production launch.
3、Capable of R&D team building, technical route planning, project schedule management, cost control and quality management. Able to promote technical standardization and intellectual property layout.
